Clarence John Keener, Jr. "Junior" 87, of Reedsville, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Morgantown surrounded by family filling the room with love telling stories and sharing memories. In 1981, he completed his residency in psychiatry at Charleston Area Medical Center followed by a fellowship, then started working at Chestnut Ridge Hospital in Morgantown for many years. Yes, flower arrangements are fulfilled and delivered by local florists from Morgantown. Having moved to CA at age 13; he joined the US Navy in 1950 and served onboard the USS Rochester through 1954. She is survived by her siblings, Charles Toth and his wife Larissa, Ellen McCabe and her husband John, and Bob Toth and his wife Sharon; sisters-in-law, Geraldine Toth and Carole Toth; brothers-in-law, Ed Hoholick; and many nieces and nephews.
